Non-toxic material used for demonstrating and exploiting the property of shear thickening. When the powder is mixed with water, it forms a creamy white liquid that thickens if rapidly disturbed. It can change from fluid to almost solid and back again in a split second. Supplied as a water soluble powder, 500g.
