Based on the well known ADC and DAC units this new combination simplifies the system for those wishing to show the complete process of taking an analogue signal, converting it to digital format and then returning it to analogue. There are no adjustments to be made with a simple switch to select 0-2V or 0-7V input. In the latter case the digital value changes by one for each volt increment. Digital values are displayed on three LEDs on the front panel.

The unit requires a 12V regulated power supply connected to the panel sockets or from a plugtop PSU (not included) into the external supply socket.
